Meetings are held once a month on the second Tuesday of the month (except in June, and July) at the Highland Community Church, located at 3930 Fleet St., at 7 pm.

A BHN Membership is a great, inexpensive, tax-deductible way to support revitalization, have fun, and get to know your neighbors! Your annual dues help fund our quarterly newsletter, maintain our website, enable community projects and celebrations, sponsor greening & beautification projects, and other initiatives.
Membership in the BHN is open to all property owners, businesses, and residents within our boundaries. Membership entitles you to vote at the annual election of the Board of Directors and to hold elected or appointed office. Members can participate in any BHN committee, project, or initiative; and nominate, or be nominated to, any elected or appointed office.
The annual membership period runs from 1st January to 31st December. Join anytime online, or at the next community meeting. Be sure to renew your membership each year!
