Construction on Old Intelect Building

The Evergreene Homes site development phase (formerly Intelect Bldg) is set to begin in the next few days. In the next day or two notices will be posted around the site for the city approved approved traffic plan. Please note that parking along the building on Hudson St and Grundy will not be permitted during this phase of the project. Below is a copy of the traffic plan, and the general plans for the site development.
